Pricing questions
What is an outreach batch?
One coordinated round of contact: we reach out to the matched providers for one service type (for example, speech-language therapy) on your behalf, with your child's profile attached. On the Free plan you get one batch per service type; on the Member plan, as many as you need.
What's the difference between Member and Family+?
Member gives you the full platform. Family+ moves you to the front of every outreach queue, includes unlimited AI report summaries, and adds one Concierge engagement each year — for families coordinating several services at once.
Can I cancel my monthly plan anytime?
Yes — cancel in one click, no questions asked. You keep access until the end of your billing period, and your child's profile and documents stay yours.
Is the Concierge fee per child or per engagement?
Per engagement — one full coordination cycle handled by a dedicated human coordinator, from outreach through follow-ups and documentation. Families with more than one child or a new round of needs can book another engagement whenever they want.
What does introductory pricing mean?
These are our launch rates for founding families. Rates may increase as the platform grows — you'll always be notified before anything changes on your plan.
Do I need a diagnosis or a paid plan to start?
Neither. The Free plan is genuinely free, and you can start from the very first concern — no diagnosis required.
